I’m Nick Bryditzki. What began as a backyard experiment quickly grew into Twisted Nick’s — a small pop-up mobile kitchen with big personality. We started popping up at local car shows and community events, never imagining people would fall in love with our bold flavors (and have so much fun devouring them). Food that sparks a smile and brings people together is what we’re all about.
My wife and I also founded two roofing companies that we later sold, and today we run TRM Garage Floors serving the Valley of the Sun. Funny thing: many of our garage floor clients first met us at the same car shows and festivals where we served our twisted takes on comfort food. It’s been amazing to see how our passions — cars, craftsmanship, and creative food — keep circling back and connecting people.
